How do I become a volunteer with GreenWorks?

The first step is to sign up for one of our volunteer orientation sessions where we will provide an overview of our mission, objectives, program models and various volunteer opportunities. Once you complete the orientation just follow the steps oultined at the top of the page. .

What are the requirements to becoming a volunteer?

GreenWorks is looking for volunteers who are serious about promoting sustainability through education, advocacy and job training opportunities in low-income communities, and who can make a commitment to our organization for 15 hours a week for at least 6 months or one academic term. Please be realistic in determining the number of hours you can give each week. Our goal is to capitalize on the many talents each and every one of you bring to the table, but it is also important that your needs and expectations be met in the ways in which you choose to volunteer
