Program Manager (2)

Duties: responsible for program implementation, partnerships, contract management and reporting on program outcomes.
Qualifications: bachelors degree required, masters degree preferred. Interest or background in education, social work, youth development, economics, environmental studies or human services. Must have 2-3 years relevant experience in non-profit, education or workforce development.

Policy Coordinator

Duties: responsible for coordinating and conducting activities to achieve GreenWorks mission and to promote the development of quality workforce development and education systems that integrate green economy strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years relevant work experience, master’s degree in public policy or related field preferred.
Knowledge of and interest in workforce development, environmental policy, and public policy.Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and manage multiple projects under deadlines. Experience in the not-for-profit or government sector required.

Program Assistant

Duties: will assist program staff with administrative functions,data collection; tracking and analysis;field calls and direct prospective participants to the appropriate staff,manage records & other participant data (via filing & computer data entry); compile statistical reports,assist manager in all administrative & program reporting matters,attend trainings & meetings as required/assigned.
Qualifications: HS diploma, Bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent administrative & organizational skills
2-3 years work experience,bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Principal Investigator

Duties: oversees the evaluation of all program initiatives. He/she will have history and vast experience evaluating workforce development or education programs and disseminating information to help understand and improve program implementation and effectiveness. The evaluator will work closely with the GreenWorks founder and partner sites to access data for yearly reporting submission and to develop a comprehensive annual summary of findings.
Qualifications: PhD or masters degree in relevant field. Research experience required.
